Before founding Friedman Business Solutions, Alexandra was a senior partner at CSG, where she designed and facilitated performance development programs for organizations such as Microsoft, Berkshire Hathaway, Ford, and AllianceBernstein. She previously held leadership positions in sales, consulting, and training at Peppers and Rogers Group and Xerox and was Vice President of North American Sales at Communitech.
An acknowledged expert in performance and growth, Alexandra taught at Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and Sy Syms School of Business. She has been a featured speaker on leadership, B2B sales, and change management at executive forums sponsored by the American Management Association, LIMRA, Gartner, and U.S. General Services Association. Alexandra regularly contributes to Forbesand has been featured in major publications such as Yahoo Finance, International Business Times, andBusiness Insider.
Alexandra received her Certification in Executive Coaching from Columbia University. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She holds an M.S. in Management and Organizational Development from Loyola Marymount University and a B.A. in Marketing from DePaul University. In addition to her professional interests, she is a writer and art enthusiast, earning an M.A. in Connoisseurship and the Art Market at Christie’s Education.
